David Sparkman: david_sparkman@uhc.com Vice President of Human Capital Development, United Health Group Dave founded the Crossroads Career Ministry at Grace Church after having gone through his own job search following the demise of Arthur Andersen.
Dave's career as a Senior Human Resources Executive with Arthur Andersen and currently with United Health Group has given him a great deal of knowledge and insight into a wide range of aspects of what makes a successful match into an organization and how individuals are effective in the hiring process. Dave drives all aspects of the Crossroads Ministry at Grace Church. He facilitates the Monthly Network Meetings, leads Small Groups, frequently presents on job search topics, and provides outstanding overall leadership. Executive Pastor of Administrative Ministries at Grace Church Jeff is responsible for the overall operations of the church, including finances, accounting, banking, bookstore, facilities, communications, food services, information technology, and human resources. He provides the Crossroads Ministry with church resources, planning, and a great deal of support. His own background as a Branch Manager for Merrill Lynch and his career change decision has equipped him to be a tremendous resource for the Crossroads Ministry. Divisional Director of Development, Salvation Army Jon's extensive experience in Sales, Sales Leadership, and currently as Director of Fund Raising operations at the Salvation Army has helped him develop into an Expert Networker. His expertise has proven to be a great resource for this Ministry. Jon does frequent presentations and leads small groups for the Crossroads Ministry where he is able to share his knowledge and experience for the benefit of all those that participate. He gets a unique perspective from getting feedback from both the interviewer and candidate in a hiring process and gets a view of how the selection is really determined. President, Cornerstone Career Consulting Natalie brings 20 years of diverse professional experience across the financial services, marketing, hospitality and healthcare industries to the Crossroads Ministry. It is her broad background that provides a unique business perspective and which brings value to those in job transition. Natalie specializes in helping people discover their unique strengths and passions to find work that is purposeful and energizing. Natalie has first-hand experience with the Crossroads Network process and is passionate about helping others through transition. She leads small groups for the Crossroads Ministry. David Anderson: ddainfo@gmail.com Fiscal Services Supervisor, Intermediate School District #287 David brings an extensive background in hiring and managing employees, as well as successful job searches of his own. As part of his contribution to the ministry, he provides expertise and support in a number of ways. Dave is a valuable resource in the continued growth and success of the Crossroads ministry, and is the webmaster for this website.
Robin Cahow Borg has over 20 years of Human Capital experience ranging from start-up venture backed businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Robin has worked for Boston Scientific, St Jude Medical and Ingenix. In addition, she started her own consulting business called People Factor that provided talent acquisition, organizational strategy and executive coaching services. She is passionate around connecting people's talents with their calling from God. She is married to Eric (her best friend) and together they have 5 children and a golden retriever Tucker. She is an avid runner and loves to garden.
